FEMPOWER Guide for Women's Empowerment – Find Your Roots and Spread Your Wings

The FEMPOWER Guide for Women's Empowerment has been developed as a practical resource to support women in their personal and professional development through body-oriented methods and self-reflection activities. The guide aims to raise awareness about power structures and inequalities and to help women find ways to face these challenges and make use of existing opportunities. The guide is divided into two parts:"Find Your Roots", which focuses on the current situation of women, self-reflection and goal setting."Spread Your Wings", which provides empowerment methods and practical activities that support women in making changes in the areas they choose to develop. The guide includes 13 training modules, which can be completed individually or as a full course, as well as additional resources and complementary materials that can be used in different educational contexts and lifelong learning programmes. The guide is available in English, Spanish, German, Lithuanian and Greek.
