We empower and support women in Europe with a course on "Female Empowerment" that, in addition to providing feminist education, can help initiate real changes towards greater equality in their lives through body-oriented methods and practical examples. To achieve this, we develop ready-to-use educational materials that can be easily adapted to different targetgroups and learning needs.

In all partner countries, we conduct focus groups with the target audience and develop content for the curriculum based on their feedback. These materials are then reviewed by all partner organizations during test events, subsequently revised, formatted into an attractive and user-friendly layout, and printed in small quantities, with primary distribution taking place digitally. A social media initiative and multiplier events are utilized for final dissemination.
