Kick-off meeting in Granada 19-20.03.2024
The first project meeting was held in Granada.

We have gathered the passionate minds from AIFED and Systeme in Bewegung e.V. for this idea to chart the course for empowering recovery coaching and fostering sustained recovery. Our mission is to equip adult educators with the skills and knowledge needed to be catalysts of positive change in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.

International Partner Meeting in Winsen, Germany, hosted by Systeme and Bewegung, e.V.
04.10.2024 - 05.10.2024
The goal of this project is to strengthen the competencies of adult educators, helping individuals recover from addictions while promoting inclusion and resilience.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the intensive discussion about the adaptability of our project results to a wider audience. After the presentation and discussions with representatives of various organizations in Germany, we realized that our set of methods could be useful not only for people recovering from addictions, but also:
• For women who experience domestic violence - emotions management and self-care techniques can help these women restore inner peace, boost self-confidence, and learn to recognize and manage stressful situations, which can be crucial in creating a safer life.
• Refugees seeking to build a new life in a new cultural setting - resilience and support networking methods can provide refugees with the tools to strengthen social connections, adapt to new environments, and overcome emotional challenges, which can help them better integrate into the local community.
• For delinquent youth looking for positive change and integration into society - positive behavior and thinking training methods can help young people change their attitudes towards life, learn to solve problems responsibly, and find new opportunities to improve and contribute to the community.
This discussion demonstrated the flexibility and potential of our methods to help various vulnerable groups, expanding the impact of our project.
Learning and collaboration are one of the essential conditions for #Erasmus projects. Each project partner brings their experience and strengths in different areas, which is why our portfolio of methods is carefully selected, tested and effective. We love being able to create innovative and sustainable solutions!

Final Meeting in Šiauliai, Lithuania hosted by Socialinis Hubas
13.04.2025 - 16.04.2025
To check all we have been developing all year - a set of practical methods for professionals working with people on the road to recovery—and, most importantly - tested some of the methods live
🧩 What did we try in the practical workshop?
🔵Self-care - how to take care of ourselves so that we can help others. This method is crucial for change mentors to avoid burnout or relapse.
🔵Networking - we talked about the importance of having a supportive environment. Social connections reduce stigma, isolation and enhance healing.
🔵Balance of internal and external motivation - participants not only understood the importance of both motivations, but also discovered new insights about themselves.
After the workshop we discussed the fact that this set of methods is very flexible. It is suitable not only for those working with dependents, but also
💬 for people who have experienced domestic violence
💬 for anyone going through mental health difficulties
💬 for people with chronic diseases (for example, multiple sclerosis )
💬 for those returning from prison institutions
💬 for young people looking for their own place
