Face to face meeting in Granada. Multiplayer event.

From the 9th to the 13th of April 2025, we had an important face to face meeting in Granada, Spain. All members of the consortium participated, including AIFED (Spain), Dr. Yıldız Yalçınlar Halk EÄŸitimi Merkezi (Turkey), LINC (Italy), AVANZO (Belgium).

The meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation, align strategies, and move forward with key project objectives in a collaborative and hands-on environment.

10.04.2025 - Day One:

One of the highlights of the meeting was a visit to the Centro de Inserción Social Matilde Cantos Fernández, a correctional facility in Granada. This visit provided a direct insight into the context of the project, which focuses on storytelling and rehabilitation in prison settings. During the same day, the partners also met with members of AVOPRI, who presented their work and collaborated in discussions on how storytelling can foster inclusion and personal growth. In the afternoon, we dove into a brainstorming session to define the criteria for selecting powerful and meaningful stories—ones that educators can easily follow and adapt.

11.04.2025 - Day Two:

A working session focused on developing a shared understanding of what types of stories should be selected for the project. Together, the partners created a story selection template based on collaboratively defined criteria. In addition, AIFED provided updates on new regulations from the Spanish National Agency (SEPIE) and outlined the next stages of project implementation.

A key moment of the Granada meeting was the Multiplier Event. This event brought together prison educators, Adjunct Director of the Granada Prison, local authorities, stakeholders to present the Stories4Wings project and its mission. It was a great opportunity to promote dialogue and raise awareness at the local level.

12.04.25 - Day Three:

We focused on three essential pillars of the project: Dissemination, Impact, and Sustainability. The consortium discussed effective communication strategies, impact measurement tools, and long-term approaches to ensure that the project's outcomes continue to make a difference even after its completion.
