ERASMUS+ 2025-DE02-KA210-ADU-000363452

This project aims to professionalize and sensitize all the involved individuals and organizations in using AI in education and counselling. Participants from counselling, education and experimental learning will discuss questions and concerns about AI with experts. While AI offers new possibilities, practicing coaches, counsellors and educators often find it difficult to evaluate its benefits and potential risks. The limitations of virtual learning and counselling become clear when compared to experimental education. This project responds to these challenges by promoting discussion with AI experts, fostering critical thinking and developing the competences needed to effectively use AI, while maintaining the value of human-centred methods.

The project

AI is becoming an essential part of everyday life, making it crucial for professionals to understand its possibilities and limitations. The main outcome will be a position paper summarizing insights and recommendations, that can serve as a guide for partner organizations and networks. Through the exchange with AI experts, participants will better understand where and how AI can be applied safely, effectively and responsibly, strengthening counselling and educational practices. This will enhance the resilience and capacities of the partner organizations while fostering staff competences in line with ethical guidelines and best practices.
