How the correct communication affects the youngest generation’s behavior

Nowadays, people live too fast: they don’t have enough time to think and, without thinking, nothing can be done in the correct way. Our society teaches us that we have to run as fast as we can, in order to reach our goals.

It’s obvious that, if we keep behaving like that, there won’t be quality in our lifestyle.

Let’s focus on the environment. How many times during the day can we hear about this topic?

Maybe, if we put our TV on the correct channel and our radios on the right frequency, we can hear something about it. But it’s all random and fast, without quality. And they’re only words.

We must consider that bad communication about this very serious and important issue also affects the youngest generation, including kids and teenagers.

They’re educated enough but they’re not included in our planet’s problems. But they do live on our planet.

That’s because good dissemination and communication would change the way they see the environment and its problems, considering them as active actors and responsible for what’s happening.

An example of a stimulating and functioning education could be the one deriving from primary schools: they would organize some extra projects to spread awareness about the importance of a sustainable lifestyle.

It’s all about adapting the concept to their minds and their ages, in order to make the message arrive directly and clearly to them.

Currently, many teenagers spend lots of time on social networks. Contents and communication are always the same, and for this reason, they want to see what they’re really interested in: how to make up themselves, the most viral TikTok dances, but they don’t watch videos about the proper way to use plastic, just not to destroy our planet.

What we really need is the presence of these contents with the right style, so the message that our planet is important can reach the youngest generation—our future.

With the right communication, we can have the right action, and only by acting can we resolve our planet’s problems, remembering that education can’t exist without proper communication.
